Our Story

Our journey began with the establishment of the Bangladesh Society of Welders (BSW), with a focus on improving welding skills, professional development and the welfare of welders in Bangladesh. As our experience grew, we recognised the need to engage more people from different professions and respond to wider social and environmental challenges. With this vision, we expanded our work through Green Technical Education and Volunteering (G-TEV) – a broader platform created to serve the public interest by promoting skills development, volunteering, environmental protection and eco-friendly technical practices across Bangladesh. Today, G-TEV brings together skilled professionals, learners, volunteers and communities to turn knowledge and skills into meaningful action for people, communities and the environment.
